Art Practice 2024 Graduation Ceremony

Join the Department of Art Practice Graduating class of 2024 on Tuesday May 14th 3-5pm at Hertz Hall (map). Graduates need to arrive by 2:00 pm and doors open for guests at 2:30 pm. The ceremony will be followed by a reception in the Anthropology and Art Practice Building breezeway (south facing entrance), with the Spring 2024 Senior Thesis Exhibition open for viewing!

Tickets for friends and family may be purchased for $5.00 each (CASH only) beginning May 1st in the Art Practice office (347 AAPB). Graduating students do not need a ticket for themselves.

Opening Wednesday, May 1st. 42 Pending Tasks, the Spring 2024 Senior Thesis exhibition at the Art Practice department, creatively interprets the complexities of human and societal dynamics through a multifaceted exploration of personal stories, societal issues, and artistic mediums, inspired by the enigmatic number 42 from Douglas Adams' 'The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.'
